Last term I told you about the 1st year Mathmo obsession with throwing paper aeroplanes.
This term I've not seen any in the air. Except for one. The offensive weapon was launched just before the start of the lecture. A minute later the room fell quiet ready for the lecturer to throw out the opening theorem. Instead, his opening announcement spoke fear into the heart of all overexcited Mathmo's :
'There appears to be a paper dart on the floor. Could the person who threw it come out and pick it up.'
Which the guilty member reluctantly did, whilst keeping their eyes firmly fixed to the floor.
oooooh. That's gotta hurt.
