I'm away for the next couple of days and so will leave you with some words of wisdom for you to chew on. These pieces of practical advice were written around about 3000 years ago(!).
'Beginning a quarrel is like opening a floodgate, so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out.' (Prov 17:14)
'If you reject criticism, you only harm yourself; but if you listen to correction, you grow in understanding.' (Prov 15:32)
And my personal favourite:
'Do you like honey? Don't eat too much of it, or it will make you sick!' (Prov 25:16 NLT)
Tell Jamie Oliver to put that in his next healthy eating programme.
